Kathryn
Dr. Kathryn Skulley is a long time resident of Colorado. Kathryn and her husband Bill were raised in Colorado and attended the University of Northern Colorado. Kathryn has lived in Westminster for twenty five years, living in both Jefferson and Adams Counties. She is an educator and has worked at Front Range Community College for seventeen years. Kathryn and Bill have two children who both attended Jeffco Public Schools.
With a doctorate in leadership and demonstrated leadership skills in management roles, Kathryn is committed to building a bright future for Westminster. Kathryn believes that open and transparent communication between the City staff and Council to the community is critical. Kathryn works hard to make herself accessible to all residents, listening to and talking with residents to keep Westminster a great place for all to live, work, learn and play.
Kathryn wants to help keep Westminster moving forward, building a safe, inclusive and welcoming city that strives to continually improve. to meet the needs of all who live here.
